oh boy, nothing is more fun than reading terms, right? but, please make sure you understand
lady’s return & exchange policies in order to make your purchases simple and easy! if there ever
is a problem with your order, please contact us! we want you to be happy and satisfied with your
purchase.

shipping
we will try our best to ship all orders that are placed by 12pm (pst) same day. orders placed after 12pm (pst)
will be shipped the following day. orders will be shipped by ups.

returns
lady wants you to be thrilled about your purchase. if you are unhappy in any way, please send an email to returns@ladyeaglerock.com. be sure to include your order number, indicate the item(s) you will be returning and the reason for the return.

return requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery. returns must be received within 21 days of return request. returns received after 21 days of the return request will either be refused or returned for store credit only.

items for return must be unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed and in original condition and packaging. shoes must be returned in their original box (please package shoebox in seperate box - do not affix postage to actual shoebox) and show no signs of wear. we suggest trying shoes indoors, on a soft surface. since lady is a small retail establishment, this return policy must be strictly enforced.

shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. customer will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns or returns for exchange (you will not be charged shipping for exchange items being sent to you.)

sale
all sale items are final sale.

vintage
our vintage items are lovingly handpicked. vintage items are typically pre-worn and may show signs of wear. we do our best to provide an accurate description of the items and their condition. we do our best to describe any flaws, wear or imperfections in the description. please read the measurements provided in the description and use them as a guideline for ordering since we will not refund vintage items that do not fit.
all vintage items are final sale.

make sure to include a copy of the original invoice/return form! this is important because without it, it will be almost impossible to process your return!

lady is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen or mishandled. so, you may want to insure your return package when shipping!

refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt. refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.

exchanges
since lady is a small retail establishment, inventory can turn over quickly. if you would like to exchange an item, please email us. we will hold exchange items for 7 days in order to receive the return of the original item you purchased. the customer is responsible for cost of shipping the returned item, but the re-shipment cost for the exchange item(s) is free.
